Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation or withdrawal of candidature must be made in writing to Tsaaro Academy.

Refunds arising from course withdrawal/deferment will be subjected to the following terms and conditions:

● If the request for such cancellation is received more than 14 days before the commencement of the course offered, a full refund will be made.

● If the request for such cancellation is received within 14 days of the commencement of the course offered, half the amount will be refunded.

● However, if the refund request is received on or after the commencement of the course offered NO refunds shall be made.

● The refund shall be made to your original account employing the payment method adopted by you for paying the course fee.

On receipt of such a request, an email acknowledging the same will be sent to you at your email address which shall also mention the status of your request as either “Accepted”, “Denied” or “processing” for your reference
